Sayantan Paul is the Founder of Solve Your Trip and an operations leader with over 8 years of experience across high-growth technology and travel companies. Prior to launching Solve Your Trip, he held leadership roles at Zomato and Headout, where he managed large-scale operations, global supply teams, and customer experience initiatives across multiple markets.
Combining his expertise in operations, technology, and travel, Sayantan founded Solve Your Trip with a vision to make travel planning smarter, more personalized, and hassle-free. His passion for discovering new destinations and creating memorable experiences drives the company's mission of helping travelers explore the world with confidence.
Utkarsha Bangari
Utkarsha is a passionate travel professional with a deep interest in the travel and hospitality industry. She continuously explores emerging travel trends, destinations, and customer preferences to better understand the evolving landscape of both domestic and international tourism.
With hands-on experience in resort partnerships, supplier coordination, and hospitality operations, she brings valuable insights into how exceptional travel experiences are created and delivered. Her exposure to destination planning and travel execution spans across India and popular international destinations including Maldives, Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and many more.

Why don't you have a physical office?
Physical office leases in premium commercial hubs like Noida cost lakhs of rupees monthly. Traditional travel agencies cover this overhead by marking up their holiday packages by 10-15%. By operating 100% remotely, we bypass these high costs. This direct savings is passed down to you, meaning you get premium hotels and private drivers at significantly cheaper prices.
Is it safe to pay a company operating fully online?
Absolutely. We are not a simple website landing page; we are Solve Your Trip Technologies Private Limited, registered officially under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India (CIN: U79120DL2026PTC466999). We process all bookings through verified, PCI-compliant payment gateways that protect your money. All payments shall be made only to the official bank account in the name of "Solve Your Trip Technologies Private Limited" or through secure payment gateways (such as Razorpay or PayU) registered under "Solve Your Trip Technologies Private Limited".
Solve Your Trip representatives will never ask you to share confidential banking information such as your OTP, CVV, PIN, card password, net banking credentials, or card expiry details.
We will also never request you to transfer funds to any personal bank account, UPI ID, digital wallet, or any account other than the officially authorized bank account of Solve Your Trip Technologies Private Limited or its authorized payment gateways.
Can I meet you in person before booking?
Yes! Since our core team operates from Noida, we are always open to meeting up. You can use our booking calendar on this page to schedule a coffee meeting near Noida Sector 62 or the Mall of India. Alternatively, we regularly hold Google Meet and Zoom video calls where we share screens, explain hotel choices, plan coordinates, and map your custom itinerary together.
How will you support me during my trip if you don't have an office?
A physical office in India cannot help you if your driver is delayed in Bali or Vietnam. Because we are a remote-first tech company, our operations are optimized to be 100% cloud-based and active. Our dedicated on-trip support team is available 24/7 via WhatsApp and phone. Led by our Operations Head (former Regional Logistics head of Zomato), we resolve on-ground issues in minutes, not hours.
