Cancellation and Refund

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the scheduled travel date for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits paid to on-ground suppliers (hotels, DMCs, activity operators) that are non-refundable at the time of cancellation.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days prior to travel are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to travel are generally non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved and initiated, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method. The exact timeline depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Out of Scope

Solve Your Trip does not sell visas or foreign currency. Any cancellation of such services arranged independently by the customer is outside the scope of this policy.
