Shipping and Exchange

Last updated: June 2026. How we deliver your booking and handle changes.

1. Digital Service - No Physical Shipping

Solve Your Trip is a digital travel service. We do not ship any physical goods. Everything we issue - itineraries, vouchers, booking confirmations, invoices - is delivered electronically over email and/or WhatsApp using the contact details provided at booking.

2. Delivery Timelines

Booking confirmation is shared within 24 hours of payment for fixed packages, and within 48 hours for custom itineraries. Final vouchers (hotel, transfers, activities) are issued at least 72 hours before the scheduled travel date.

3. Itinerary Exchanges & Changes

Date changes, hotel swaps, or activity substitutions can be requested any time before travel. Approval depends on supplier availability and may attract a difference in price plus an administrative fee. Requests made within 14 days of travel are treated as cancellations and follow our Cancellation and Refund policy.

4. Out of Scope

We do not arrange visas, sell flight tickets, or provide foreign exchange. These must be arranged independently and are not covered by this policy.

5. Lost Vouchers

If you misplace a voucher or cannot find your confirmation email, write to bookings@solveyourtrip.com with your booking reference and we will re-issue it at no charge.
