Payment milestone structures vary depending on your travel sector. Review the timelines for each category below.
Resort-led booking
Maldives & Mauritius
Advance Booking Amount
₹5,000Required immediately to block the villa and initiate the booking process at the resort.
Resort Balance Milestone
Remaining balance must be cleared strictly in alignment with the booked resort's cancellation policy rules.
If Westin's resort policy mandates 100% payment 15 days before travel, the full payment must clear Solve Your Trip's account by 16 days before your travel date.
Late / Under-Cancellation Bookings
In case the booking request is made under the resort's active cancellation window:
- 100% payment must be cleared upfront.
- No bookings are processed under cancellation dates without full clearance.
Standard package deposits

₹10,000Standard advance amount required to initiate reservations for all other domestic and international travel packages.
Refundable Hotel Fares
If the hotel options have refundable rates:
No separate hotel advance is required beyond the standard ₹10,000 token.

Flight Bookings
100% UpfrontAirline tickets are booked instantly and dynamically. 100% of the airfare must be cleared in full before ticketing.
Visa Application Fees
100% UpfrontAll visa processing fees and consulate charges must be cleared 100% before the application is submitted or slot booked.
