1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking a trip with SOLVE YOUR TRIP TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Solve Your Trip", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not use our services.

2. Booking & Payments

A deposit is required to secure any booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the departure date as specified in your itinerary contract. All payments are securely processed and subject to our standard cancellation policy.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the destination and the suppliers involved. Specific cancellation terms will be provided to you in writing before you make your deposit. Administrative fees may apply for late cancellations.

4. Travel Documents & Insurance

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents and any required medical certificates for your destination. We do not process visas, flight bookings, or foreign currency exchange - these must be arranged by you independently. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and repatriation for all travellers.

5. Scope of Services

Solve Your Trip curates and books holiday packages, day tours, and on-ground experiences through verified local suppliers and DMCs. We do not sell visas, air tickets, or foreign exchange services. Any reference to flight timings in our material is illustrative only.

6. Liability

Solve Your Trip acts as an agent for the hotels, transfer providers, activity operators, and DMCs delivering the services in your itinerary. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or delay arising from the negligence or default of any such supplier, nor for events outside our reasonable control.
