About this experience
Pura Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave Temple) is an 11th-century archaeological site near Ubud featuring a rock-carved cave entrance in the form of a demonic face (possibly representing the elephant god Ganesha, hence 'elephant cave'). Inside are stone lingam shrines. Outside, an ancient bathing pool is fed by water from stone spouts.
