- Food and beverages cannot be taken to the villa from any restaurant.
- All food & drinks must be ordered individually for personal consumption.
- A three-course meal comprises of one starter, one main course, & one dessert.
- Premium All-inclusive items cannot be shared with guests who are not on the same meal plan.
- Spa credit is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Specialty outlets and special events are not included in any meal plan.
- Special events incur 50% fee if cancelled after 12 hrs and 100% for no-shows.
- Table holding time: 15 minutes; late arrivals are automatically cancelled.
- Teppanyaki guests must arrive on time; USD 50 no-show fee per person applies.
- Dedicated kids’ menus are available in all à la carte restaurants for guests under 15 years of age.
- Kids under 14.99 enjoy free kids’ menu in all à la carte restaurants (except Teppanyaki) when dining with parents.
- Families with children under 11.99 dining at Teppanyaki will be seated at Bamboo for safety; Teppanyaki doesn’t offer kids’ menu.
- Guests booked on Full Board, Half Board, or Premium All Inclusive receive a 40% discount on scheduled BBQ dinner.
- Dine around dinner option is not applicable during festive eve dates (24.12.2026 & 31.12.2026).
- All outdoor activities require advance reservations, are subject to weather conditions, and can’t be exchanged for other services.
- Excursion cancellations after 12:00 noon incur 50% cancelation fee and a disclaimer form must be signed prior to all excursions.
- Prices are in USD, subject to 10% service charge & applicable taxes.
